About Us…
SEN Nurture & Bloom was founded by Amanda, whose passion for supporting children with additional needs has always been close to her heart — both professionally and personally.
Our vision is to provide bespoke care and educational support globally for children with special educational needs in a nurturing and empowering way — helping them access learning that suits their individual style, while feeling secure, confident, and inspired.
Since qualifying as a teacher in 2005, Amanda has worked across both mainstream and specialist education, holding teaching, leadership, and consultancy roles. With over 20 years of experience, she has supported children and young people with a wide range of abilities and needs, giving her a deep understanding of the challenges that both children and families can face.
Alongside her teaching career, Amanda began offering one-to-one support as a tutor and governess, specialising in 11+ preparation and working closely with children with diverse additional needs. This experience reinforced her belief that with the right blend of care, empathy, and tailored teaching, every child can flourish.
