Employability & Life Skills Overview
Our Employability & Life Skills programme supports learners to develop the practical skills, confidence, and independence they need for everyday life, further learning, and future employment.
Designed to meet the individual needs of learners with Special Educational Needs, the programme is delivered on a 1-to-1 basis or in small groups, providing a supportive and personalised learning environment where learners can develop at their own pace.
Through practical, engaging, and hands-on activities, learners can develop skills in areas such as:
- Digital and everyday technology skills
- Managing money and budgeting
- Communication and teamwork
- Confidence and self-awareness
- Workplace expectations and behaviours

- Job searching and completing applications
