Our Requirements
We handpick every candidate through a rigorous vetting process to ensure the highest standards of care and professionalism. You’ll need:
- Relevant qualifications in education, childcare, psychology, or a related field.
- A strong understanding of SEN strategies, adaptive learning, and child development.
- An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Excellent references from previous roles.
- A compassionate, proactive, and professional approach to supporting children and families.
